I've never taken any notice of cup a soups really. But I'm starting a new job next week and for the first time in almost 6 years I will have to make packed lunches  Lol! I bought a multipack (8 sachets for under £1.30) to try a few flavours. They had some really lovely sounding ones, so I hope I like em ;)
The calories don't look too bad, but you can never guess when things like Mug Shots are free!

The ones without noodles will be 1 syn per 20 calories if that is any help

Thank you Circes :) I wasn't sure if it would follow the 20cal rule because there are free foods in there. Makes it easier really if I can do that. Just worried about the syns now. I really thought they would be free  They better be nice :p

There is no free food allowance on soups so yeah I reckon that will be right :(

I just thought with them having veg and stuff in. But it's not gonna be 'proper' veg in a cup a soup when I think about it, lol!
