Tesco's Angel Delight + fresh pasta

    I only had a small portion (about 4 tablespoons worth) and it was made up with skimmed milk. I was hoping it wasn't going to be to a high a syn value.

    Also whats the generic syn value of fresh white spaghetti. That's all I have in at the moment and i loathe to chuck it away.

    I cooked about 125g per person.

    they are the values for a red day, the green and ee are free, unless anyone wants to correct me on that??

    lol you will get used to the plan... I seem to have got a bit obsessive! I try to plan my meals in advance to use up whats in the cupboards, helps me stay on track x

    for the delight do you then have to add on your milk as syns if you've already had your HeA?

    Yes i think you would as the value quoted says it is for the sachet rather than "made up us directed"
