Tess' fight against the flab

Well, I almost quit today....
I had made a decision last night that SW wasn't for me and I was going to give up and just try exercising and healthy eating and take the pressure off myself.

Then, during the course of the day I've been reading people's blogs, and I read through my diary again, and I've changed my mind. I'm going to give it one last shot and if I haven't lost weight by end January, I will try and find something else.

I can't make it to class tonight due to work commitments, so I'm going to start completely afresh, as if I haven't done SW before, and I'm going to make today my Week 1.
It's been a really conflicted week and I've struggled getting my head back in gear. I've got my hubby's works do on the 16th and a girlie night out on the 23rd, then Christmas day, Boxing day and New Year. I'm going to try and be as good as possible during this time as I don't want to put all the weight back on.
I am going to be thin again in 2012 -No matter what!
 
Don't give up! SW is a healthy eating plan and fits into everyday life. It will work for you!
