thai chicken and mushroom soup

ingredients- 2 chicken breasts- 1 chicken stock cube- 1 tbsp thai red curry paste- 1 tbsp of fish sauce- tbsp of soy sauce zest ond juice 1 and 1/2 limes- 100g of shitake mushrooms sliced- 5 spring onions sliced white bits and green bits seperated

boil the chicken and stock cube in a pan till chickens cooked. pull the chicken out and shred it.
with the water u cooked the chicken in stir in the curry paste, soy sauce lime juice and most of the zest then add the mushrooms and the whites of the spring onions cover and simmer for 5mins
add the chicken and gradually reheat chicken is already cooked remember
serve in bowls and scatter the green off the spring onions and lime zest over the top
it makes a zesty hot and sour soup although i add a chilli when adding my mushrooms because i like it HOT

im new to minimins and sw so could someone help me with the syns in this soup please!
