Thai Style Chicken

m-mouse

Not very good at this!
Apologies if this is the kind of recipe everyone makes up, but I made it today and it was tasty so here goes:

1 pack of cubed chicken (probably about 3 or 4 breasts
1 inch root ginger
1 stalk lemongrass
1 chilli
1 clove garlic
approx 6 tbspns natural yogurt

Basically blitz (or finally chop) all the ingredients apart from the chicken and yogurt.

Add the yoghurt to the spice mix, then add the chicken.

Leave in the fridge to marinate for at least couple of hours.

Bake for 20 mins until cooked.

Sounds good mouse... not sure about lemon grass though. I've never used it (but thank you for finding me more ginger recipes. I put it in absolutely EVERYTHING at the moment).

Dancing - I'd say "best not". While he encourages the use of herbs and spices, particularly in attack where things can be rather bland, I'd say there's too hefty a dose of fresh items to be ok. In attack, onion, garlic, etc can only be used for flavouring, NOT in a quantity as to be thought of as an ingredient in itself. Attack doesn't last long.

Excellent recipe nonetheless.
