Thailand bulge battle commences!!!

Oh god! I have major period munchies. So so hard on refeed I could handle it with packs but it's really hard to control myself with real food. I havent had any bad stuff, but I only had 130g protein so I thought a babybel light would be ok. Had an extra potato and a handful of special k. Just making some peppermint tea from my garden to try and make the hunger go away. Argh !!

Bf ate 2 big bars of choc in front of me before, I could have punched him. Not even little ones the BIG bars. TWO! Pig. Just what you don't want to see when you're hormonal and craving sugar! Haha! Xx
 
Day 4 refeeeeeeed!

Done a big house clean, well downstairs. Took me an hour to put about 10 loads of washing away last night! Trying to get everything washed and ready for holiday so I don't come back to a yuck house! Hoovered, polished, washed floors, cupboards, washed up, cut some nice flowers from me garden, need to scrub myself now! Waiting eagerly for my kids to come home, supposed to be back at half 12 but still no sign. Bloody sick of being pissed around, seems to be happening a lot lately. Really wanna get upstairs hoovered and polished but bf is asleep as he's at work tonight. I seem to have quite a lot of energy still, I dunno if I'm still in keto or not. Have about 80g carbs to eat today, but yesterday had about 68 so think I must be. Still pretty low cals too.

Breakfast - 30g special k with 180mls skimmed milk

Lunch - S&S vegetable soup

Snack - activia 0 fat yogurt. babybel light

Dinner - 3 quorn sausages, 100g tenderstem broccoli, 150g jacket potato. coke zero.

Lots of green tea and mint tea and water, loving the homemade peppermint tea from my garden :)

Oh my days! Fighting the hunger so bad! I hate totm I just want to eat and eat. 854 cals I've had today, and 108 carbs! Scared!

Only 3 days left of refeed, after tomorrow it'll be fine as no more packs just a proper lunch!

Had a handful of special k, I figure I'm on really low cals still anyway so it's not like I drastically altering my refeed, just having a little extra to help the hormones!
 
Day 5 refeed!

Meant to keep on refeed plan today but have ended up doing my own thing as went a bit crazy at a BBQ. No booze or bread or well anything THAT bad, just a burger my kid didn't want. m&s one so should be good quality meat.

Breakfast - special k + 180mls skimmed milk, some water and a cuppa

Lunch - bbq'd chicken, a little salad, some wild rice and Aubergine salad and superfood salad all m&s and very low cal. And def way below my carb allowance. 1 burger (Grrr annoyed I ate it but just the meat so we'll see!) 2 diet Pepsi's and a water

Dinner - was going to have a pack as I was told but made the fam some pea and mint soup so just had a tiny bowl of that. No fat or cream added just peas, stock, onion and mint. About 150g of it.

Snack - kiwi fruit

So I've ended up having pretty low cals/carbs and fat today. 870 cals, 63 carbs and 31 fat. Pretty much bang on with protein tho. Tomorrow I'll be 100% as no packs tomorrow I get to eat beans! Woo!
 
Day 6 refeed! Nearly there! Looking forward to weighing myself actually feeling a bit trimmer this week! Yay!

Breakfast - 30g special k, 180mls milk, cup of tea

Lunch - picnic, so BBQ chicken and egg and potato salad box from sainsburys (totally perfect refeed meal, exactly the right weight!! Few bits of fruit

Dinner - turkey mince bolognaise sauce. (100g turkey mince, chopped tomato, celery, onion, garlic, tomato puree, red onion) I'm going to go onto SW red days after this, so I've persuaded myself this is ok, as would be free on SW, yet not really part of the refeed at all, as if I had the beans and toast as told, I wouldn't be doing SW at all. as already had my healthy extras on cereal and potato at lunch.

Snacks - half a bag of skips. (ARGH!)
Lots of water, diet coke, Green tea w/mint

Thanks love! We has a picnic today and had 2 cocktail sausages! Yuck! Gone well off processed meat now, not that I ever liked it much.

Going away tuesday! Yay! Pretty much sorted now too, just need to go and buy a camera and a comfy dress to travel in. Was thinking a nice jersey maxi dress or midi length would be nice.

Gonna have a little nip to the shops tomorrow and have a look whats around yay! Want to look kinda smart as we're going to try and wangle an upgrade hehe! Otherwise it'd be leggings and flip flops all the way! haha.

Ah pleased things are kinda smooth, ooo I'll be away but let me know how it goes, I'll keep everything crossed for you as I'll be flying over the indian ocean (i think) while you're getting checkout out. Huge good luck love, and just try and go in with a really clear plan and idea of anything they ask you, so you can prepare some good responses, although I don't see how they can say no, when you're working so so hard for it. xxx

oops another few cheats today! I just keep thinking its my refeed week so I'm ok, which is silly, cooking a turkey mince bol for the family, it has no oil or anything added, just turkey mince, veg etc, but I've been pulling little spoons out and tasting. I feel disgustingly full and bloated from it though, so I think I'll sack my dinner off and just leave it at that for the day. Going to shred tonight if I have time, I hope I do as my arms don't feel as tight as they did, so gonna do some free weights too when I'm catching up with CBB later on, going to try and get an early night as mega busy day tomorrow of packing and sorting, really wanted to go get a manicure and pedicure and get my eyebrows done but probs not time now :( xx
 
hmm I've been thinking I'm planning on doing SW after this anyway, so i've done a lot of the refeed as planned, by its kinda better for me mixing it up with not having the extra carbs they suggest, as I don't want to eat that much. I definitely want to stay off the bread, so I'm thinking my turkey bol is better than having beans and toast like the refeed plan, as I don't really want to eat either. xx
 
Tailor the refeed to suit your king term plans hun

I've built mine from scratch using parts of the cd refeed and elements from s&s. Reintroducing carbs isn't on my agenda LOL keto with a weekly carb up is most likely long term

Do what feels right hun Xx
 
thanks love, to be fair I've had 1000 cals today, way way under daily carbs and fat and feel so so full, I don't really want to eat any refined carbs now I've got out the habit, as they are so addictive. potatoes are ok, and brown rice/noodles sometimes, but think staying away from the bread and white stuff is better for me, I feel like I should be sticking to it completely, but I don't want that stuff! Am pretty sure if I stuck to the refeed cal and carb wise I would be much much higher today. xx
 
Spent the evening. Washing, packing, sorting and then just been doing a load of strength work watching the tele, I'm annoyed my arms look less toned so, definitely going to get up and swim everyday on holiday as I haven't been swimming this week at all and it def shows. Grr! X
 
OH MY!! I just did a 1 min elbow plank and a 2 min full plank, holy crap my arms and legs were shaking so sooooo bad! Never done them before, awesome!
