Oh god! I have major period munchies. So so hard on refeed I could handle it with packs but it's really hard to control myself with real food. I havent had any bad stuff, but I only had 130g protein so I thought a babybel light would be ok. Had an extra potato and a handful of special k. Just making some peppermint tea from my garden to try and make the hunger go away. Argh !!
