yeay :D. i have a shaker free from a supplement website its fabby and takes 30 seconds or less to shake the perfect chocolate :p

A friend gave me her spare shaker, used for first sdhake this morning but didn't close it properly, half ended up accross the kitchen!
 
i did that in my room, i have white bed linnen. not a good combo :rolleyes:

Maybe it's just me but I kind of like it all lumpy.lol
I think of the lumps as dessert, like chocolate balls , or strawberry bits or vanilla nugats.
Go figure, I like it.:D

Hello, Ricisme, you can get them little hand blenders asda or tescos, even argos, around £5 they are brilliant for travelling, hope this helps
 
Hey :)

I bought a kenwood 'smoothie 2 go' today. £24 from argos.

Its small, and comes with two large cups that you attach the blade to, so it mixes the ice and shakes in that. Then you take off the blade and turn the cup up and drink!

It also comes with lids for the cups for travel.

Its fab! Makes a real difference to the shakes, having loads of ice crushed in them.

Also add a spoon of coffee to the choc shake. Yummy!
