thank you everyone for your warm welcomes and kind words, i havent been on since my first post as had the most horrendous tooth ache that very night .. had to have it taken out cpl days later .. ouchhy!! and was still in too much agony to do very much at all for several days
its eased off now, so im back again and will start my sw plan first thing tomorrow morn - on the plus side, i think ive probably lost cpl pounds, as my works uniform was a little loose on saturday - havent been able to east as much as i might usually, and have avoided sweet foods for fear of aggravating any more teeth, lol
