that many calories?

    Diet:
    Healthy eating with calorie/amount watch and exercise.everything in moderation.
    Ive never actually looked at calories when i was making myself a sandwich for lunch and chose ham( lidl,no added water,honey roast ham).
    until today when i found out its over 100cals for one slice. i was quite shocked.
    i think now that maybe its a good thing i dont have time and prepare just 2 slices of bread with either ham or some polish pate on top and rarely bother with salad as that would add me more calories that i cant actually afford to eat!
    gosh i never thought that my lunch of two slices of bread and yoghurt was over 500 calories. its crazy!

    right so i looked on the box as i thought mfp must be somewhere wrong and it says per 100g its 102 cals and box is 200g. so thats good news as it would be crazy amount of cals for one slice of ham lol
