Thats week one done........

Hi Everyone

Just thought I'd post a wee note to let you know how I got on on week one.
Started off on Monday with just 3 shakes a day but have to say I struggled badly. Tried the same on Tuesday but still wasnt easy.
Im not sure whether I was actually hungry or if I just missed the feeling of eating something.
Wednesday onwards saw me having a shake at breakfast and lunch and then a meal at dinner. (in accordance to step 2, the 810 cal plan)
This was miles better and I have to say Im enjoying it. I know I should be having another shake a day but Im genuinely not hungry and dont see
the point of having it just for the sake of it.

Anyway I've just had my first weigh in and have lost............16lbs.

Chuffed to bits.
