Hi all
Just wanted to say the number one thing i have learned on the 1st week of this diet is:

The answer is water..

If i start to feel light headed... I need more water.
If i have a headache... I need more water.
If i have a foggy head... I need more water.
If after the 1st 4 days i feel hungry... I need more water...

I know we where told this at the start so it should not be a revelation but probably because i have never been on the edge of dehydration before, it is.

Precisely because it is so obvious and so easy to ignore is why i have posted. Hope this helps someone.
 
.... If you haven't been to the toilet in a few days.... you need more water too!
 
I only realise how little water i drank (How crappy i felt!!) beofre i did these diets!!!

will def keep that up at goal!!!
