Cruise PP the battle continues!!

Hi Joanne I'm sorry you thought I was quoting you but I wasn't I was just saying that I obv had it wrong although in the book it said no ham it also mentioned low fat ham so I wrongly asumed fresh lean ham off the bone was a healthier option I mean no offence to anyone, I am just trying to get support and info about the diet on here, I'm not the best at wording things esp after a very stressful day at work, thank you for putting me straight.x

PV
B-not able to eat any today
L- chilli without the K beans & shape 0% yogurt
S-turkey & cabbage
D- turkey & roast fennel, squash, aub' corgette
1or2muffins and skinny latte (not sure yet as still coking and I'm full at mo

evening all, hope your not too cold brrrr, here is todays meals
B-muffin(not as nice as they look on the recipe and miss my porridge)
L-ww lean bacon and 2 eggs
D- two chicken drumstiks and turkey breast
S-shape yog skinny latte

Shall we say mine didn't come out like the ones in the picture they are growing on me tho, oh and I forgot to put baking powder in them.
 
Just remembered I can edit my posts so am going to put my meals/food down as I go

B- 2 dry fried eggs and 2 rashers ww lean bacon...Yum could eat the eggs all day today
L- turkey and roast veg
S- d muffin
D- 2 lean homemade lean burgers and 2 eggs
S- Skinny latte

hi lovey i knew u where from wales lol because my mum had a cat called blodwen ,she lived(my mum that is ) in on anglesey for 12 years !!!

im in uk ,blackburn that is and im a laundry assitant !!! nice to know where abouts u are and well done on the job too !!! very interestin indeed !!

hi hunny how did u make ur mufins ,i make the sweet ones which i think are yum ....

my recipe ... 4 eggs
4 tblsp oat bran
2 tblsp wheatbran
4 tblsp fromage frais
1 tub muller light vanilla yog
flavourings (of which are all nice ) are orange and ginger,cocolate,coconutand just vanilla !!!!

Thanks Jet my recipe didn't have the yogurt, they were like rocks, the texture was bitty I thought it was because I forgot the baking powder but you don't add that to yours, will have to try them again, only thing is I think I have a wheat intolerence as the days I ate them my stomach felt like someone kicked me in it,so having a couple of days without,only oat bran porridge then I'll try them again to see if it is the wheat, have had my suspition a while.
 
Wheat intolerance = not nice:(. Hope you're OK!
 
hi blodwen try them with only 1 tablespoon of wheat then and see wot they are like just halve the mixture and make 6 instead of the 12 (thats wot i get when i make mine )
 
Thanks jet will try that but giving myself a few days with out so it will settle. Laura It has eased now thanks.
 
The only thing with these variants on recipes is to remember that you need in Cruise 2 tablespoons of oatbran per day. So if Jet's recipe makes 12 muffins(!), you need to be eating six a day! (Is that right Jet?!)
 
I dont use wheat bran in the muffins and often forget the baking powder. Need to make sure they go in the oven whilst still fluffy.
