So i guess this is where it begins..... for the 100th time. I don't want to self sabotage again. I haven't decided if i should calorie could or follow SW. Quite frankly ive no idea what im doing. I've been reducing my calories by half .... still more than the recommended but its a start. Didn't weigh any less this morning after a week of trying that. I know had it been SW id of lost.
I guess im going to post everything here, make myself accountable and decide what will work best for my future.
