The beginning of the rest of my life

I am starting slimming world tomorrow, 24th January. I have PCOS and need to get my bmi under 30 for IVF. Our next appointment is not until September so I have 8 months to get there and this has to work. This makes my first target weight 13 stone 9lbs by September!!

As I have PCOS I wll mainly be doing red days, I have signed up to SW online as I currently work 8am - 10pm and there are no weeekend groups near me :mad:

So here's to the start of my journey....
 
So I am busy planning my food for tomorrow, have day off today so thought I would plan my food to save me doing it in the morning. can't go shopping until Saturday so ths is going to be a pretty boring week using what I have!

Breakfast
2 chocolate weetabix - B+2 syns
250ml Semi Skimmed Milk - A

Lunch
6 Ryvita Wholegrain Crackerbreads - B
2 mini pots philli light - A
3 Eggs
Mullerlight
Apple, Banana, Orange

Dinner
Chicken Breast

Syns
2 for weetabix
Crunchie - 10.5

TOTAL - 12.5
 
Half way through the day and going well, I would never in a million years eat philli, ryvita and eggs if I wasn't on a diet but it's actually very nice!!
 
ok so the food diary didn't stary very well, neiither did the det to be honest, I am so rubbish at this. Anyways, new day, new determination.

Breakfast
2 Alpen Light Bars (b)
300ml "the one" milk (a)

Lunch
Pasta
70g phiilli light (a)
2 x SF Jelly pots (1 syn)
Apple
Orange

Dinner
1 x Uncle Bens chicken savoury rice - 2.5syns

Not the most healthiest I know but need to go shopping!
