I'm watching, I was amused by their 'diet soda' experiment.
They had 2 teams of people, 1 team drinking full fat pop and the other drinking diet, and then they both had to eat as much as they wanted from a buffet. The theory is that drinking diet pop makes you eat more calories because your body 'expects' the sugar from a sweet drink. The results were that those on the diet pop ate on average 142 cals MORE at the buffet.
Interesting, but how many cals in a can of full fat pop? 140!! (so says google). I'd rather have my calories from tasty food!!
