This is ringing a bell with me ... think there was a thread on it when it was on the other day. Is this a repeat or a new one, I'd quite like to watch it?

I dont know if it's a repeat or not, ive never seen it before. Its the one where Zoe Salmon eats 'low fat' foods.

I'm watching, I was amused by their 'diet soda' experiment.
They had 2 teams of people, 1 team drinking full fat pop and the other drinking diet, and then they both had to eat as much as they wanted from a buffet. The theory is that drinking diet pop makes you eat more calories because your body 'expects' the sugar from a sweet drink. The results were that those on the diet pop ate on average 142 cals MORE at the buffet.
Interesting, but how many cals in a can of full fat pop? 140!! (so says google). I'd rather have my calories from tasty food!!;)
