    Not yet but I'm working my way through them.
    So far, love WOW and 30 day Shred, like all the Cindy Crawford stuff but they're a killer! Hate Rosemary Conley :)
    On day 8 of the shred today, it's such a good workout and only 30 mins so easy to fit in.

    It doesn't have very good reviews on Amazon.
    I'm doing 30 Day Shred too. Blumming hard, but I can see a difference in 6 days!

    i am doing dumbell workouts and sit ups for the past six weeks. i feel myself toning but how long should it be before i see real results?

    I did the BGL at the w/e for the first time and was surprised how good the workout was. I have just finished 30 day shred so was looking for something else just as challenging. So far very impressed :)
