The biggest loser - kettle bells

Those kettlebells do get a good write up when you search around.

How do you know what weight to get?
 
start off weight for women with no previous exercise regime is 4-5kg, if you regularly exercise you want 7-8kg. For men to start its 16kg if you exercise regularly.. cant remember what it is if you don't :p
 
I dooo fancy a go of them , and then fear takes over that I would lose grip of them and they take my living room window out...no back garden here..
