Thank you again for all your care and support, hugs and prayers. You have been my lifeline this past 24 hours.
Himself is in surgery again tomorrow. They are going to debride the wound and hopefully give it a chance again for a couple of weeks before they make any decision. We have decided that we are not going to let them do anything drastic without a second opinion and without proof that they have tried everything possible to save the foot.
We both feel much happier and calmer tonight having spent a lot of time walking (well, me walking and pushing and Him sitting and being pushed!!) round the hospital grounds, enjoying the sunshine, and talking about so many things. So long as we have each other, we can cope.
