KD, thanks for that post it made loads of sense...

I like the bit about 'promising' myself something to eat every hour. I might give that a try.

I'm also gonna keep plying myself with hot drinks to give my hands (and mouth) something to do. I'm not a fan of tea and coffee, but I have stocked up on low cal hot chocolates and fruit teas, which I quite like.

I ate a lot of chocolate yesterday but didn't have very much else, so still ended up coming in under maintanance calories.
 
2lbs off in 5 days, below 12st today - 11st 13lbs !! The adulterer sufferers diet. Toast and several cups of tea with one sugar. - I wouldn't recommend it though.
 
Right, I'm starting again TOMORROW!!!

I did think about going to Slimming World.....and joining Rosemary Conley.....and even doing LL again, but I know the most sensible one to follow is Calorie Counting, so I'm gonna take it just one day at a time. I've done my menu for tomorrow so far and have made tomorrow's lunch already. I'm also gonna leave my purse at home so I am not tempted to buy something from the shop or go to the vending machine.
