Hello Everyone
Here is a little bit about me okay .
I have 2 Stone to lose , my plan is this , I am going to have 1 shake and two Bars daily . I am going to see what I do lose by doing this , as I have been told the LOWDOWN but i am going to be like the tester to see what happens if its all a myth . I will put a weekly weigh in chart down to see what happens . I will start this Monday .
BTW you guys are doing so well , I am sure when the going gets hard you guys will be here for me ? Right
