The diary of my new life :)

Haven't posted this week as its been horrible and been bad all week. My nana is dying in hospital and we are just waiting for the call :(

WI today and I gained a pound which I'm actually really pleased about as been off plan all week. I'm back to 10st 1 and back to 100%.

Friday 12th August.

Breakfast: shreddies (HEXB) with milk (HEXA) and grapes.

Well my nana died on saturday so we have the funeral on Monday. Haven't been eating much so expecting a gain. Such crappy year. Xx

Right everyone I'm back! I've lost 4pounds this week! Can't believe what the scales have just told me!! I'm 9st 10!! Omg I'm in the 9s!! I could cry right now! BMI is down to 25.27 I'm nearly at goal!!

Starting a new week from now I WILL get to goal.

Saturday 27th August.

Well WI today and I've put the WHOLE 4pounds back on they I lost last week :( haven't been bad but I've got a really bloated stomach and pains had it for a few days maybe it's because my body is getting ready to ovulate!!

So back to 10stone 1 and back to my food diary.


Breakfast: lean bacon, mushrooms, tinned tomatoes and 1egg fried in fry light.

Grapes

Lunch: chicken and bacon salad in a cafe not sure of syns.

Tea: special chow mein from Chinese didn't eat alot at all.

2 half glasses of rose wine with diet lemonade.

A few nachos with sour cream and chive dip.

Sunday 28th August.

1st of 3night shifts tonight so no bank holiday for me.

Breakfast: 2x alpen light bar (HEXB)
3x mini babybel light (HEXA)

2pears.

Lunch: Aldi cous cous 0.5 syns with steamed veg.

Tea: chicken and peppers marinated in Chinese spice and sweet chili 2syns with less than half of uncle bens egg fried rice 2syns, 2 battered onion rings stole off hubs!! 6 syns :(

Aldi yog 3 syns with chopped grapes and strawberries.

Monday 29th August.

Breakfast: tried magic porridge for the 1st time used Aldi porridge and mixed in my fave yog 3 syns and (HEXB). Pear and a kiwi.

Lunch: roast dinner made pork with sage and onion stuffing and gravy with steamed veg. Probs used all of my syns!

Aldi yog 3syns.

3mini babybel light (HEXA)

Tea: ham salad with celery, cucumber,tomatoes,strawberries and grapes.

Tuesday 30th August.

Breakfast: frittata with 2eggs, bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms and cheese (half HEXA) milk (other half of HEXA).

2x alpen light bars (HEXB)

Lunch: northern catch Thai salmon fish cakes 1syn with SW chips and steamed veg.

Kiwi.

Hot and spicy cous cous with steamed veg.

Chocolate muffin baked by someone at work. 6syns.

Date night with hubs tomorrow so trying to keep syns low.

Wednesday 31st August.

Date night with hubs tonight cinema and meal out so will try and keep suns low untill then!

Breakfast: strawberries, pear and kiwi.

Aldi yogurt 3syns.

Tea: chilli beef with rice and potatoes. Cheese (HEXA) and sour cream.

Shared garlic bread with hubs and tiny bit of cheese cake.

Breakfast: 2x pears

Lunch: salmon with mushrooms and tomatoes fried in fry light with steamed veg.

Tea: chilli con carne with added onions, mushrooms and peppers will say 7syns coz not sure.With wm toast (HEXB) cheese (HEXA) and steamed veg.

Lunch: cheese (HEXA) and pickle salad will say 5 syns as it had spoon full of potato salad!

Tea: shared special chow mein and BBQ spare ribs

Saturday 3rd September.

Can't WI this week coz of stupid shifts so will do it next sat.

Breakfast: 2x alpen light bars (HEXB)
Fruit salad.

Lunch: Carrot and cucumber sticks with homous.

Tea: chili con carne will say 5syns topped with mozzarella (HEXA) added mushrooms, onions and peppers.

Out at a show with work. 2x Malibu and diet coke 8 syns.
