Monday 17th sept. my baby boy is 7weeks old!

Breakfast: quick alpen light bar HEXB.

Lunch: grilled chicken and bacon sald (out for lunch)

Snack: alpen light bar other half of HEXB.

Cheese HEXA.

Tea: Chinese!!! BAD! Halved with hubs special chow mein. Will say all syns used!

tues 18th sept.

Breakfast: 2x WM toast with nutela.
Nectarine

Lunch: jacket potato with ham, egg, cheese and salad with coleslaw.

Nectarine

Tea: home made chilli con carne. Onions, peppers mushrooms, chilli, red kidney breans and 3/4 dolmio light sauce.
