I've been a bit AWOL having loads of bother at home with my youngest!Have ate sensibly but not been able to go swimming as much as I'd like I've stayed the same for last few weeks so I really hope I see a loss soon!

3 and Half pounds off this week I've been the same for weeks now so I'm very happy and I'm lowest I've been in 5 and half years
