the healthiest weight to be when getting pregnant???

This is more of a curiosity question..
Im not hoping to get pregnant for a few years yet but was just wondering what would be the healthest weight to get pregnant at?
because i wouldnt want to be too thin as i no thats unhealthy, whats your opinion??

Being in the healthy bmi range would be the best possible weight to get pregnant at but lots of people get pregnant higher at a higher bmi hooey that helps a bit

My doctor said BMI of 24 but that's because I'm overweight (rather than under) so presume the lowest would be at the other end of the healthy range?
