Ok so im restarting on CD for the third time (third time lucky and all that..) and just wondered if anyone has any special advice ...what you do in low points... how you avoid putting things in your mouth... any tips really ive got to do it this time!!!:)

Hi Kaf, I try to keep busy....but it's hard as I have zero energy at first. I am on yet another restart and 3 days in....the dreaded day 3 and I have had a bit of cheese ! (oops)

aww good luck! i still have to do shopping for my dad so its soo hard to see things and getting that urge to chew!

I agree with trying to keep busy, I find it so much easier when I'm at uni than I do now I'm at home on study leave.
I also find that when I'm really craving food to have a SS+ day, that little bit of food makes me feel so much better.
