So, in four days I'll weigh in for the 7th time since I started this SW caper.
This time wasn't too bad - started at 12st3lb, which is nearly a stone lighter than my highest ever, but still left me with some work to do to get to my fighting weight of 10 stone.
The most successful diet I ever did before was Atkins - I lost about 2 and 1/2 stone in three months. Was pretty easy too, but I obviously didn't learn to maintain, or I wouldn't be here now. So far, SW has felt almost painfully slow in comparison (I lost a stone in the first two weeks of Atkins!) but I feel like I'm learning to make positive lifestyle changes.
Today's food intake:
HEB - 2 x brown bread
HEA - Skimmed milk and primula light
Superfree - mushrooms, pear, banana
Free - baked beans, fat free yog, slimming world chips
Syns - 2 quorn sausages, 1 mini twister, tomato ketchup (5)
Looking at this, I need A LOT more fruit and veg for the rest of the day. I usually have around 6-8 portions by the end of the day.
