WOOHOO!!! 3lb off!!!

so pleased... That's the half stone!

Food yesterday
Breakfast: 2 weetabix (hexb), milk (hexa), banana
Lunch: couscous, tuna, beetroot
Dinner: homemade, syn free chilli with rice, raspberries and yogurt

Snacks: massive piece of victoria sponge. Probably 20 syns!

Syns total: circa 20 (whoops!)
