thanks honey :) i'm one of those people who looks alot heavier than i am though haha, mainly my wobbly tummy and legs i want to shape up! am more doing weight watchers to learn some portion control though, as i have a bit of a binge eating problem which i'm trying to get under control before it's too late :) x
 
I was a binger too and WW has totally helped :) are I going to the gym too to tone up? Xx

That's good too! She has a fair few DVDs but the 6pack is abs focused :) x
 
Good luck - she also had a trouble ones one which might do all the boys u want to tone...I own them but haven't use them - busy shredding at mo x

So how do u find d pp now do u prefer it or sw??? I've only done ww i think its gr8 how u gettin on? xxxx
 
am loving it now honey! so prefer it to sw, as there is so much freedom of choice, it keeps me interested in the diet and looking forward to the next meal. hoping for a big loss this week as i feel ever so slinky :D xx

I put in loads of strawberries, 75g fat free onken vanilla yog and a splash of milk! Yummy kept me going all morning xx
