ProPoints the munchings of a lazy girl

I dont go back till 26th :) so got another week to chill! Weightloss has been hard with me :( half on last night after a week off plan! My bday tomorrow, going to Dublin for a night on Friday night and off to england a few days on sunday! So gonna be awful to avoid a gain! But hopefully after I get back to Uni routine I can manage alot better! X
 
aww happy birthday chick! just enjoy the celebrations and get straight back to it as soon as you can. i'm sure after a week off plan a gain of only half a pound seemed great! xxx
 
Thankyou I'm 21 tomorrow ha down hill from here :) I was abit annoyed but when I think about what I ate I know I deserved it! There will be many cocktails and food the next few days so I'm going to enjoy it and get back 100% when I'm back home to normality next Thursday :)! Good luck with moving and getting settled in Uni and enjoy freshers week :) x
 
hey you're only 21 once so don't spoil your enjoyment by thinking about the diet.. it is only a diet, after all! and thanks honey, i'm so excited now friday can't come quick enough seriously!! speak soon xx

hey honey it's great thanks!! how are you enjoying being back? I am drinking far too much so trying to make up for it on the food side, put on 7lbs in my first few weeks as wasn't on plan at all! luckily, back on plan now and feeling really good so fingers crossed I keep it up :) how you getting on? xxxx
