Hi people, I'd just like to say I started the Exante total solution diet on Monday, I have lost around 4 kilos already...which is great for me, my goal is to stay on it for 4-6 weeks and loose 2 stone.

Well done Baz. Good luck with your weight loss. 2 stone is probably very achievable for a man in that timeframe.
