Dinner - Beef curry with half+half - my one meal a week that I don't count my syns

Lunch - Ham salad (Lettuce, tomato, cucumber, sweetcorn, ham); bottled water

Dinner - Spicy beef pasta (extra lean mince, bacon, passata, onion, mushrooms, pepper, garlic, chilli flakes, pasta, cheese (HEXA); pepsi max

Snack - Tayto cheese and onion crisps - 9 syns

TOTAL SYNS - 9

Not too good to be honest! More effort definitely required! I have pretty much maintained over the last six weeks:(

Let me know if you have any tips!;)

I just find it helps me so much to plan all my meals at the start of the week then stick to it, I also make the majority of mine syn free so it free's me up for my syns on things I like.

Coming up to Christmas though it's so difficult

Snack - Onion Rings - 4 syns

Wow! Another amazing week! Congrats.
I am going to have a two week angela challenge in january when I eat exactly what you ate and see if I can achieve the same success x
