I think I'll set my target at 5lbs for July. Very optimistic, but I'm feeling determined, and I want to get the weight off by 1st Sept, so that would put me on track for that. Will weigh in every week & keep you posted.

This is quite motivating - I nearly ate some liquorice allsorts last night, but thought of the challenge and resisted them!
