Hiya Me Sexy Little Ladies, ;)

Firstly Thanks for being ok with me being Team Leader, I will do my very best to help you in any way possible.:D

Well I have drank 4l up to now & 1 tetra, Getting a headache (which I knew was due) so took some tablets and gonna have a lie down now I am home from work.

Everyone is doing Fab, Keep it up girls, We are gonna kick ass, lol..

How bout writing a few things about yourself so we can get to know each other a bit better, Real name, Age, Where do you live, Relationships, kids, Job.. bla bla bla.. :rolleyes:

I'm Jools, I'm 31 and married to Chris. We have a wee girl called Maddison who will be one in a couple of weeks :D
We live near Oakham in Rutland on an RAF camp as my hubby is in RAF (I was in RAF until 2 weeks ago but have now left to look after Maddison full-time). If anyone ever wonders who Moo is its my daughters nickname and I sometimes forget that people dont know who that is :p
I'm from Glasgow but live down here because of RAF and I'm a lovely person :p:p:p Back me up Sarah ;)
 
I'm Kel, 30yrs old from Hartlepool in the North East.

I am in a Serious Relationship with Keith who is 36, bit of a funny story how we got together, (are you sitting comfy?)
I had been mates wth Keith for roughly 7yrs going to the pictures, going on the drink every wednesday night, told each other everything, until 1 night he got a bit drunk & decided to tell me that he has loved me for years & wants a relationship & he cant bare to see anyone with me apart from him, so we decided to give it a go, although I was skeptical as we were so close I was frightened of loosing his friendship if we split up, anyway 3 yrs down the line & we are still loved up. :D
We are currently looking for a Mortgage although it may not be the best time to buy at the mo...

I don't have any kids at the moment, although I would love to have them one day soon, All my mates have bairns so I am Aunty Kel, I love it, they bring me so much happiness.

My job is a Accounts/Vehicle administrator for Evans Halshaw Citroen, so basically I look after the Banking every day & also Invoice & tax cars, etc etc, more to it than that but dont want you falling asleep. lol.

I am also a Hairdresser by trade although I was involved in a car accident 4yrs ago which has left me with injuries (neck/back) for the rest of my life, so don do as much as I would like too. :cry:

I am also an Avon Rep, which I make no Money whatsoever as I spend it all on Products, lol..

I have been on CD for a couple of years now on & off but now I realise I cant keep putting the weight back on I need to keep it off for good.
My incentive for getting to goal is my Florida Holiday in October.
I am Swiming with Dolphins at Discovery Cove on My Birthday, Its ALWAYS been my dream for as long as I can remember, All I need to top it all off is for Keith to propose, lol.
He has wanted to ask me for a couple of years now & my excuse has always been my weight.. (Thats quite sad really)

Anyway think thats all for now, Sorry if your bored, I love to chat, lol..

Hi Kelly and Jools, Nice to hear a bit more about you!

I'm Hazel. I'm 28 and have 3 sons James age six Declan age 3 and Dermot age twelve weeks!
I have been married for seven years and live in the Irish country!
I need to shift a load of weight because I want to try for another baby early next year. I have pcos which makes it hard to conceive as I don't ovulate without medication.
A side effect is that you gain weight very easily, which I have done but it's also because I ate too much of the wrong foods.
The catch 22 is that with pcos it's very hard to actually lose weight, so I think that the CD is really the only diet that I can do and actually have good losses.

The pcos will also ease off as I reduce my weight (we hope anyway) and I'm sick of being so self conscious that I don't want to leave the house.

By the way girls, I didn't manage the whole day today :cry: I'm so flipping fed up with myself.
How do you girls get through the early days? if you have any tips I would love to hear them

So once again it's day one for me tomorrow, I'm so sorry to be letting you all down (as well as myself) It's so flipping hard!!

It will be tough for me tomorrow as well because I'm off to the big town with the children (soft play, toy shop, macdonalds etc) but I am going to resist and stay on track.
I have been trying to SS for so long now and never last more than a day or two (or even a few hours :eek:)
Anyway tomorrow is another day and I HAVE to do it.

Hiya Chick, :D

Chin up, Once the first few days are over it gets easier, You just need to get through them, Yes it is hard & eating is the easy option but try and fight temptation, you will get there.
I find that drinking water when you feel hungry helps me, thats why I tend to drink loads everyday, Just think of it as Fat-attacking Liquid, the more you drink you more you will lose weight.

Scroll through the Inspirational Thread before and after, wow some of them pics will blow your mind why this diet is so fantastic & quick to show results if you stick with it..

What I have learnt from this diet in my experience is if I ate & gave in, that would lead to 'oh well I have eaten something I might as well just have something else' which leads to a binge which leads to you getting upset with yourself & wished you hadnt ate, vicious circle..

So with you all the way, it does get easier chick..

Just wait till the Ketosis Fairy pays you a little visit.. ;)

My name is Lola i am from Nigeria and i live in Aberdeen. I am engaged and getting married to the love of my life in 66 days. We have been together for slightly over 3 years.

We don't have any kids yet but would like to have twins :) 9 months after the wedding... he he he.



We are getting married back home in Nigeria!

This wedding is a huge reason to loose a bit of weight because i want to look my best on that day. I am 26 years old.
I work full time in Aberdeen as a Regulatory affairs and product specialist.

I have drank over 4l of water today. had a half banana shake around 12pm, second half of the banana shake around 3.30pm and had a bar around 6pm . I plan to have the a choc tetra around 8pm or 9pm, depending on how hungry i get.

Manolo, when you feel that you're about to give up, get your butt on here and post how you feel. Your replies will keep you going. I nearly gave in and had food yesterday (day 3) but came on here and told everyone I was going to give up and everyone told me to keep going and it would get better. I stuck to it and woke up this morning in ketosis and feel great today and not at all hungry :D:D

caramelqueen, what a great incentive to lose weight...your wedding! You must be so excited :D

Well my name is Sarah and im 24, 25 in a week or so, I have 2 children, stephen whos 4 and Imogen who turned 1 recently. Im married to Tommo whos 36 and I live near Peterborough.

I really want to get this weight off because i know im hiding the real me insode this body, i used to e a real fun loving girl, even more so then I am now and also for my health. We hve a lot of cancer run through my family and im not letting the big c get me!

I have 5.5 stones too lose and when i get to it I will be happy and if i need to lose more weight then i will but will be maintaining on weight watchers as i love that diet.

So nice reading about you all and heres to all us girlies loosing loads of weight because we deserve too!

Yes Jools is lovely and I have met her once through another forum and are meeting up again soon and hope that we become very good friends as i feel i know her too well already! x
