Thanks PP. For me it's the opposite, it's really strange! If it's in the house and I know that I can have it, I tend to not really be bothered by it. It's when it's not in, and I feel like there is nothing I can have - that's when I crave naughty stuff and head straight for the biscuit tin, uh oh!

The house is full of 'naughty' foods, because I still live at home with my parents and older brother. He is a lucky swine and can eat whatever he likes without ever gaining 1lb - he literally lives on pizza, chips, burgers, cakes, biscuits. Grrr...I'm not jealous, honestly!

To be quite honest, I've been a bit slack with exercise lately and haven't really done much. I like to use the Wii though, as it's great fun and doesn't really feel like you're exercising - it's something to enjoy. I usually play the Just Dance games (JD2 is my fave!) and 'My Shape' - a specialist "game" designed to help you lose weight/tone.

Starting next week though I am planning to return to Bokwa on a Monday night and my cousin and I are planning to go power-walking either wednesday or thursday nights. I might try and get back into swimming too - that's great exercise.

Come to think of it, I am too!! Lol :D

I really need to exercise throughout though, in order to tone up. It'd be horrible to lose all of this weight and be left with a load of loose, sagging skin. I think I'd rather be fat, than that.
 
yeah sounds great, I have chronic fatigue so gotta watch any exercise, I mainly walk, so have tried to up the amount of walking I have been doing see what happens, I am not bothered about not being toned haha, just a healthy weight :)

You'll be OK with skin cos you're young. When you get to my age I don't think any amount of exercise would prevent the sag. ;)

I hope you're right lol! All this talk of exercise has strangely got me keen to do some! Going to have a go on the Wii tonight I think :)

Morning everyone.

Sooo..the whole "quiet weekend" never happened lol! Ended up going out on Saturday night, and also had a few drinks last night too. Didn't go majorly over the top though - I stuck to vodka and diet coke (in a pint glass so that it lasted longer). Going to be really really good today and tomorrow to try and limit the damage - lots of water and sticking to free/superfree foods. I'm not worrying about it too much though. I enjoyed myself and plus, it's only one week.

Also restarting Bokwa tonight. I stopped going when my cousin stopped, because I didn't want to go alone, and plus she was my lift there. Anyway, we've decided to restart, so I can't wait! Hopefully that will work off some of this weekends alcohol too.

Had a real "slim day" yesterday. I slipped into some size 12 skinny jeans and a little vest top, and I felt great! For the first time in ages I didn't feel really self concious, it was lovely. Have taken pictures - a front and side view - and have decided that I'm going to start doing this now, maybe every month, so that I can compare my size/shape throughout the rest of my journey. I put one of the pictures onto my facebook page and was overwhelmed by all of the 'likes' and lovely comments I received - definitely a NSV. It was such a nice feeling :)

Thanks ladies, I feel amazing at the minute!! It's the first time in ages I've been confident with myself - it's such a nice feeling. So even if the scales don't show a loss tomorrow night, I still have something to smile about :D
 
Morning all, hope you're all okay. I just want to cry today, I have the worst toothache ever :( I'm really in agony with it and reall don't feel up to much at all. Struggling to eat anything too - I'm trying to drink lots of warm drinks though to try and ease it a bit.

Group is tonight and I'm hoping I can still manage a loss, even though I went out this weekend. I was still quite good, and had a really good workout at Bokwa last night so hoping I have undone some of the damage.
