Hello all.
I will be starting up Slimmers world tomorrow. Mainly because it is so much easier with my husbands way of eating than what Weight watchers is.

I will be doing a red week as I am off work.

So, tomorrow I shall be starting off the day with two rashers of fatless bacon with an egg and two slices of wholemeal nibble bread with tinned toms and an apple.

For lunch ill have makrel in tom sauce with salad and fruit.

For tea, turkey and veg with fruit salad for finish.

My a will be skimmed milk.

Does this sound like a good day?
 
Red and last sunday I did ee for a chinese. Really enjoying salad at the moment been having it for lunch every day.
 
Have you heard of mug shots? The tomatoe and herb is nice its a break from salads. Im doing the ee plan and find it good im so delighted after last nights weigh in im back in the 9's
 
Yeah, I used to have them a lot, but ive gone off them recently for some reason. I have gone off a lot of carbs latley.
 
I got married in March. I was 10.8 then after wedding I went nuts with food, put it on and got back on it and decided to go on slimmers world. :)
 
Im the very same I was a stone heavier than last year I got married in Aug so want to get back to my wedding weight
