If your hungry you still have a HEB and a HEA left, you could have cheese on toast or something

Lol. I just had some baby bel light. I haven't any bread in or would done as you suggest!

Just try and remember you don't have to go hungry, there is always something you can eat. hope you enjoyed your food yesterday anyway. I'm guessing from your food yesterday that you don't eat fish either?

Veggies don't eat fish - only ones who pretend to be :D

I know that, but thought it might be rude to ask if she's a proper vegetarian or not :p

Thank! I get stressed about 'veggies' who eat fish. It's because of them the vegetarian option can sometimes be tuna pasta bake. But no, if it's dead, I don't eat it.

Vegetarians who eat fish have a different name, pescetarian I think? My mam used to do that she said its not meat cos its seafood lol I didn't think it was right either.

Must be pretty hard doing red as a veggie! Only options are quorn and veg lol have u tried the linda mcartney italian sausage from tesco? £1 for six and they're gorgeous! My favourites. Just another option for u

This is a salad I use when either I am hungry or want damage limitation - it is all free

Eggs, celery, cucumber, tomato, onions, cabbage, carrots, gherkins and a peach to make it sweet so you don't need a dressing - it does take some eating so you won't want anything else.

Sorry the picture is so big -will try and make it smaller.

Hey Rochelle. Yes - the term is pescatarian for fish eaters only.

I have tried looking for the sausages but no joy. The red onion and rosemary ones are really nice and free but I have o travel quite a distance to find one who stocks them.

Thanks anyway.

That salad looks scrumptious. I'd have to leave out the celery as I Can't eat it but I love the idea of the peach instead f dressing.

I am eating a lot of eggs but I suppose anyone else on red would eat a lot of meat. Going to try and incorporate more cottage cheese this week. Possibly blitz it with some cooked mushrooms to make a creamy soup.

First week - full 100% I lost 1lb - then 1lb - 1.5lb and then nothing at all the following week so all in all I lost 3 1/2 lbs in 4 weeks and was most disappointed.
Then week 5 I lost 2lbs and feel this weeks is going to be ok.
So not everybody loses masses of lbs each week even if they are 100%.
