The scales ain't moving!

    I weighed myself today and the scales ain't moving. I've had all my points and savd some. So I don't know what I'm doing wrong?

    Dont write the week off then, you may still lose at your proper WI! I tend to use all my points unless I have a night out planned but Ive read that you are supposed to use all your points allowance. Hope that helps!

    Let me know how you get on at WI tomorrow.

    Hi Petrina, hopefully at your proper WI you managed to lose something - but if not, then it will come off next week....just hang on in there. If you are having the right number of points and not going over then the weight will come off. xx
