Life is brass right now
Well a 150% cd day today. Nothing else passed my lips (compared to yesterday). I'm very happy as I haven't done this in awhile. I always shudder at the thought of restarting. Drank all my water so all is fine. Hope everyone else is being good too.

Back On CD.......
I posted on here last night but it never saved!! 
Anyway I got weighed this morning, I have lost 7lb since sunday, its good considering that I havent been 100%.. I have still been having fruit & youghurts, I really cant afford to be having headaches & feeling tired as I am so hungry with the job I am in at the moment, I am stressed to bits, Far too much to do & we open on the 7th June...
Think thats added to my weight loss as I have found I am too busy to even think about food.
Just really need to up my water as I am struggling at the moment..

Hey girls, sorry I haven't been around but I have been mega stressed with exams. All over now though so I am free for the summer!!!!
Still waiting on the tax rebate so that I can restart. I find it funny that they are so quick to take my money but not as quick to give it back. It's my money! I shouldn't have to wait so long!!!! Grrr

Still no rebate It seems like they are stalling because they sent me a letter asking for details of all my previous employers for the last tax year as well as all my P60s and P45s. Surely they should have these?!?!
I said I didn't see why they need them considering they have already paid me 2 amounts towards my rebate and I am just waiting for the rest. So the woman said she would email the relevant people telling them that they already have all my information. I'm going to call back in a week if I haven't heard anything. So annoying!!!

6 days with no posts? Where is everyone???
I got sick of waiting for the tax people to pull their fingers out so I have started the Tesco Ultra-Slim diet which is like Slim-Fast/Cambridge but it's 2 shakes plus a couple of healthy snacks and a sensible meal. I'm keeping to about 1000kcals in all. It's day 3 and all is well. I'll weigh in on Sunday morning and post my result. It feels good to be doing something about my weight again!
I don't think this diet would put you into ketosis due to the carb and sugar content but I have serious metal mouth

Back On CD.......
Hi Guys,
Really slow on here lately!!
I've been so busy at work, Its been a nightmare, We opened on Monday & I seriously havent got enough hours in the day to do what I need to do.. Stressed right out..
Last week Keith's mam & dads best mate died so they went over Spain (thats where he lived & why keiths parents go there a couple of times a year) for the funeral so been at Keiths staying.. Its so sad he was only 56, You never know when your time is up! :cry:
Anyway on the diet front I have been eating but still having my packs, totm appeared yesterday I am so heavy its awful, I just feel like crap, no energy & I actually felt like just crying today, never got in till 7.45 as 4 transporters full of cars arrived at 5.30pm, Just our luck.... Grrrrr..
So going to bed soon...
Got weighed this morning put 3lb on but with totm I expect nothing else, I think I need a scrape but dont wanna go to the doctors..
Gemma ~ whats this Tesco diet? Is it expensive, sound interesting, Do they taste nice?

Sounds good Gem. Do you make them with skimmed milk? They also have tetra like shakes for about 80p and I reckon they would be more like CD than Slim Fast and you could get into ketosis with them as they would be like SS+ with the meal. See how you go with the shakes. It might be worth looking into as still think it would be cheaper than CD -- just that you can't SS on them, that's all.

Was up in London today so I am not getting weighed until tomorrow morning. Don't think it will be too good though as I was wearing my suit up in London and it was a little bit on the tight side. Hmmmmmm..
My new bf lands in Gatwick on Friday night from Glasgow! Met him on a walking holiday on Arran last month. Can't wait!

Yep I make them with skimmed milk although they are so sweet, sometimes I find them really hard to stomach. It's not the sweet of Slim-Fast either, it's more of an unnatural sweetness but going good so far so will see what weigh in on Sunday heralds! x

Well I haven't been on much lately but still on plan. I need to lose these last 2 stones before August. Hope it's feasible as this thing's easier to do in warm weather. Still having porridge and drinking all my water. Can't wait til I hit 199 one of these days!!
