only just saw this....

3 tbsp honey
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp soy sauce

add to cut up chicken, stand for 30mins then fry cook.

8syns for full lot but i shared x

Had not so good week last week with 1lb gain on Tues. (had 3 course meal out with hubby, then Sunday lunch out & chinese so not good lol) BUT i did win miss slinky 2012 :D

Well weekend went ok, Friday ended up having chinese at my in laws which dont live close by so i dont mind. didnt have any syns apart from that that day, 2 on Sat & 0 syns Sunday so hopefully evened out now ready for Tues.... Weetabit breakfast, dinner most likely pasta in sauce & Tea is Salmon dish

i cheated this time lol but heres one i do make other times...
red medium onion.
4 chesnut mushrooms
1 garlic clove
8.5ml brandy (1 syn - optional)
1/4 of a beef oxo cube dissolve in 40ml of water
2 large tbsp fat free natural yoghurt. (can add more if like)
sea salt and black pepper

finely chop all above an put onion in frying pan (i do once steak cooked so get the juices from steak)
once softened add the mushrooms & garlic, cook.
Add brandy, let cook/evaporate mostly.
Add oxo an let it reduce by about half
Take off heat an add natural yog until your happy with amount. & salt/pepper
Put on lowest heat, always stirring just so heats alittle & serve!

Hope you enjoy! Thats mostly by what i do, i tend to add lots mushrooms as really enjoy. some times more yogurt than others. xx

oh it was amazing!!


Sunday - had roast out, couldnt be bothered to cook, followed by chocolate lumpy bumpy :rolleyes:
but had 0 syns Sunday, Today an will have none tomorrow also so will even out. Still within my syns though as gave yorkshire pudding to hubby!

Tonight is something with mince! lol
 
Yay lost 2.5lb :)
