So this is week one and I feel like I've been eating too much food but I haven't gone over my syn values.

My main problem is that I struggle due to an intolerence to most fruit and vegetables to eat the super free foods.

So what have I eaten this week?

I had a liver, bacon and potato meal with some garlic and onion (tasted gorgeous and had it warmed up for lunch next day).

I had gammon and a fried egg (dry fried, no oils), gorgeous once again.

I've had quorn sausage and mashed potato, I miss mashed potato.

My A & B choices this week have all been nearly weetabix and milk as it's so easy for me to take to work to have in the mornings.
