massive headache..really didnt feel like eating anything !!

breakfast - apple and cup of coffee (hxa milk)

lunch - home made soup 4 cheesy scones ( free)

mid afternoon snack - apple and pink and whites (2.5 syns)

dinner - asda meat free burger (1 syn) 2 kerry low low cheese slices (hxa) wholemeal barm (hxb)
sweet potato chips with paprika and black pepper sprinkled on .. gorgeous (free) !!

evening snack - merangue nest (2.5 syns ) 12g squirty low cream (1 syn) asda bubbly bites bar (3 syns)

4 pts of NAS squash

4 cups of coffee

saturday 19th november


coffee - hxa milk

breakfast - made up a bowl of quinoa porridge, mixed in a vanilla muller lite and used some of my hxa milk to make it more creamy- free...
1 tsp honey 1 syn

was very full from the porridge so didnt have any lunch..

dinner - had guests tonight hubs made a massive lasagne which looked gorgeous but was not sw friendly at all!! so i made my own qourn version and it was just as nice in my opinion and i had rather a large portion of that
qourn mince, courgettes, onions, mushrooms, onion, garlic, tinned tomatoes, tomato puree, - free
quark, low fat fromage frais, 2 eggs, nutmeg - free

as everyone was tucking into big old pieces of garlic bread i had made some cheesy garlic scone/dumplings gorgeous and free !!

# had such a busy day today, was out and about so didnt eat anything until 3.30..how shocking is that :eek:

ran out of apples as the kids have ate them all on me... and im not a fan of fruit so today i seriously lacking in fruitage!!

Breakfast - quinoa porridge made with water, hxa milk and a muller light vanilla yogurt - free

out and about - had a coffee a "skinny flat white" how depressing does that sound !!.. but atleast it had skimmed milk in and that was it so didnt need to count it as i just included it in my hxa milk
sat and watched my mum eat a gorgeous sticky toffee muffin and my little boy a big white chocolate cookie.. i felt very saintly!!:rolleyes:

breakfast - quinoa porridge with milk and dash of vanilla extract as i had no mullers in the fridge - free

one coffee at a friends house will syn the milk as 1 syn as it was semi skimmed and my hxa milk is skimmed today
