so thats mon tue step 3 done no cheating will get a morning weigh in tomorrow to see what the score on the door is think there might be a pound or 2 gain but will just go with water if there is. my bodys reluctance to give up any pounds is making more determined to stick to the diet so at some point there will be movement. not this week as out and about at weekend but fairly quiet the week after and where as if i had a safety net to fall back on id probably be a little more lacks about the whole thing but as there s not im sticking with it

well i ve had my weekend off and it was very enjoyable fri i had a bowl of soup and a roll, then went out for an indian meal. had a methi curry and a lentil side dish fraid the peswari nan was to much and had some of that too, two skinny lattes and that completed the fri total

sat well dinner as described no potatoes and a hell of a lot of wine and vodka and coke. not sure of calorific value but i doubt it was small.
right back on it today so far wheetabix and soup going to have a porridge soon. im keeping off the scales at the mo as it doesn t seem to be going my way but after a good week of step3 i ll have a peek. very pleased that i ve got myself right back on track

Massive well done for getting straight back on it today, I'm sure you wouldn't have done too much damage and by getting back on it today you've given yourself the best chance you can. Your choices are good and I'm sure the next drop will come soon :)
 
day 4 of this weeks step 3 total gain since i came off ss+ (10days) 4lbs. this week will be quiet. have spoken to my counsellor and she and her sponsor think its water retention, personally not convinced but going to finish this week and see. no planned nights off so will have a good run. hoping by offical weigh in on monday that some of the weight will come off but in truth not convinced. in the 2 weeks prior to step three i was ss/ss+ and lost 1.5lbs. i think im in a plateau and not sure what to do to get myself moving. if i have no losses by monday ( one month since my last decent loss) im going to speak to counsellor again and see what she suggests as i can t give up or i ll just go back to square one. next week will see me out most nights and im dreading it as despite making good chioces im not getting the results to back it up. so digging deep just now as i know how easy it is just to give in. on the plus side still feeling good and not craving anything.

PHEW! Good to hear that it was just a bit of water. It seems most people have a gain with a step up but once your body stabilises, the losses come.

back from weigh in and half a pound off well chuffed so that puts the total that i lost this week at 4.5lbs thank the diet gods! this week im out every night so expecting carnage but going to try and make as many good choices as i can don t have an offical weigh in til 5th of jan. my plan is to go back to step 3 over the rest of jan and hopefully get back to this weigh then step up.

dec goal is to stay in the 10s even if only by thew skin of my teeth, fingers toes and any thing else thats crossable!

Well done on the loss ! I'm sure with everything crossed you will see those 10's still, you know all about good choices and you know what even if you have a slight lapse its not the end of the world as Xmas only comes once a year.

Are you planning to relax a bit on Christmas day? What's everyone planning to do? My counsellor is coming to see me on the 29th, but I've kept my willpower strong by promising myself my body weight in protein on the big day so tough ha!

Well after a week of socialising every day the weight results are in and still in the 10s chuffed to bits have still put on 4 lbs but can do so much worst. have a week to lose a couple of then which I think is doable and will reach my goal for jan 5th only new year to go so quiet step 3 days til then.

my sympathies on the weight loss reluctance its is bloody rubbish but it will come. Sorry for the slow reply but this last week has been cRazy in a good way. Now back to reality only one night out on Hogmanay and then back to the straight and narrow for the rest of jan. Think I ll have to join the turkey club at the gym has have been awol there but ready to get myself back to it all now.
I had the full works at Xmas and then felt like I'd pushed the boat out way too far but it was such a nice day. Quite glad to be away from mums now as the cupboard are like a mine field for me. So off to have some wheetabix in a bit and safe in the knowledge that I left my selectin box at theirs. Did you enjoy your day? I do hope so

thats 2 step3 days down and even made it to the gym so all gid in the slimmin hood!

one more night out to go and its full steam ahead operation jan can begin in ernest. only fly in the ointment is seem to now have a cold on the rise but off work so can wallow if i want, the rudolf nose is soo last week !

so today i sound like darth vader and its unlikely i ll be out celebrating this evening. more or less im back in the step 3 groove did crack last night and have a sweetie but now gonna try to keep away from all the temptations as want a good month so by the end of jan i can be either back where i was or ideally 10.7 so this is the new year and im ready for it
