Hi. Hope you are doing ok. Just wanted to let you know that I tried your shortbread recipe (with cinnamon). I've never made shortbread before and everyone really enjoyed it. Have also tried the fudge recipe this morning and am going to take some for my ultra-thin(chocaholic) friend to try. Hope it turns out as well as the shortbread. Going to try the chutney next!
