The wagon keeps throwing me off

    Howreya peeps...

    Well i keep turfing myself off the wagon i should say...

    Have been eating, eating, eating, eating alot recently.

    Its gotta stop!

    Am once again a restarter on a VLCD...

    oh lads, why? wheres my iron will...wheres my resistance to all things sugary?

    Hi Ivy

    Just wondering how you're getting on. I can't offer any specific advice without knowing more about how you're thinking and feeling - especially about why you're so drawn to sugary foods (apart from the fact that they taste good of course!), but maybe just reading other peoples' stories and experiences might help you to re-evaluate your own approach to dieting. I hope it helps anyway ...

    Hi peeps,

    I am not doing good at all and my clothes are really getting tight...

    I will start afresh tomorrow.

    My problem is i've taken 'tomorrow is another day' abit too much to heart and if i carry on with this mentality i WILL be back where i started.

    I think you should start now! Don't wait until tomorrow, if you haven't had your tea already and you planned to have something big, have something small instead.. don't wait till tomorrow. You'll get there:)
