Still fighting

I'm a rubbish loser or should i say a very slow tortoise in that my average weekly loss is less than half a pound but if i throw in the odd week of the wendi plan then i seem to go along nicely with good losses such as last week 1 and half pounds.

It works for me so thought if anyone else is struggling to lose even though they are sticking to points etc then give it a go ;o) x

i think i did it around easter so i could have my high days over the weekend and have some choc and hot cross buns. it does work,as you know
Just started to follow the WW plan last week, but may start to follow this version as it would suit me more at weekends to have more points, any comments on this would be welcome though!

The Wendy Plan isnt designed to be a plan you follow regularly, its only meant to be used to help kick start your metabolism if youre plateauing or your losses slow down. You shouldnt look on it as an additional programme. Bear in mind its not an official WW plan, it was made up by someone called Wendy who was a WW member who found it worked for her. Its no more official than me telling you something Ive found works for a week or so for me and calling making up a name for it.

WW has been carefully planned and structured the way it is as a healthy way to lose weight at a steady rate. Since WW have never endorsed it or come up with a variation of it Id say that speaks volumes.

If you need more points at the weekend, the safest way to do it is bank a few during the week.

(Didnt you all just KNOW Id have to reply to this thread ;) - I hate the Wendy Plan lol)
