The Wii Fit Weekly Challenge


I though I would start a Wii Fit weekly challenge.
The way it works is that I will post on a monday some excercises to do. By the end of the following sunday I need to know what level you are on and how many reps you do...

The first week's challenge are

Yoga - Lunge
Yoga - Downward Facing Dog
Muscle - Parrell Stretch
Balance - Ski Slalom
Aerobic - Basic Step

Anyone can join, no need to ask. Just complete the tasks as many times as you want to throughout the week and submit your HIGHEST scores by Sunday 29th November

Oh what a good idea, but I've only just brought mine and haven't got the board and yoga yet. Let's hope Santa brings me one so I can join in

I love the wii, although I dont do the exercises listed, I do the obstacle course, boxing, kung fu, step and balance games. I love it.

I have a bronze piggy now for doing over 10 hours (now over 15) :D

Last night I done 20 mins on the Biggest Loser on 'Easy' Mode

I plan on doing another session tonight, will update when I have :)

I hope this continues!! I can't afford to get the Wii Fit plus until May!!!... but I do have Just Dance, lol.

I haven't been on mine lately as I had vertigo, and then a bug, try doing one legged yoga with vertigo! I almost fell on top of the telly! even the dog ran off.

is the biggest loser workout thing anygood? I always loved the tv show, but would be afraid that the game would be too hard for me? is it all push ups and squat thrusts?
