Haven't been filling in my diary these past few days as I'm using MyFitnessPal to count calories and I keep a track of my syns in my head and as I've been busy I've not had a chance to update here. Due to the batteries in my scales running out last Sunday, my weigh in day has switched to Monday this week, will try and wangle it back to a Sunday when I can. Am still on course and feeling fab and will hopefull get back to posting here soon when my time frees up a little. Busy with work and the house...

Still very happy with my eating. It's coming up to 6 months now, which is the longest I've ever stuck to a healthy eating plan in my life. My first goal was to lose 5 stone by my birthday, which is in 13 days and I have 4lbs to go...I'm hoping to get that off in the next week or two, fingers crossed!

My next 5 stone I think will take a bit longer but am prepared for that. I've started to introduce some exercise into my routine, only a couple of times a week mind but I will increase as I lose more weight.
