There must be an epidemic on here

I can see that several people are feeling a bit hungry today. I am joining that club. I have 1 more meal ( I'm on 4 a day) and 1 litre of water to go ( I drink 4 a day).

Just wondering if anyone has ever had 5 a day...cos I feel like I could eat 1 more.

What should I do? I know I can't eat food but I need to do something.

Any suggestions?

hey - are you in ketosis ?? if so, you shouldn't be feeling hungry....perhaps it's head hunger ?? (you think you're hungry... but aren't really......:confused:)

try some water, nice cup of black tea....

the "unofficial" bullion swiss veg stock/drink (no added salt) is Lush you can have 1 cup a day and i find it tides me over till 'dinner'.

not sure if i am in ketosis. not sure if it's in the head either. gonna have some porridge now and see how i go- i just seem to want more :-(

no probs.....have your porridge and some more water, tea etc etc

sounds like it may be 'head hunger'.....

you can do it :)

I'm starving today too! I'm going to do the only things that fix it - drink loads of water then go to bed early!!

well i have now finished my porridge and have 200ml (roughly of water left to drink). I am full now. I hope it's good enough.

I watch a bit of TV to take my mind off being hungry, whilst posting on minimins. Its yet another X-Factor bootcamp tonight (starting soon) - its usually quite amusing.
Hope the hungry folk will be ok, those days are tough.

Oh and posting on minimins helps immensely. :)
