DH started Cambridge on Tuesday - now on day 6. He jumped on our scales, then weighed himself on the Wii! So unofficially he has lost either 6lbs or 8lbs! Now he is moaning that 'it may only be 6 lbs you know!' And what if the CDC scales are different.....

Like even the 6lbs loss isnt good enough on a first week of a diet.

    I give in!

You should remind him that he wouldn't lose 6lbs on the first week of a 'normal' diet! It's still nearly half a stone! He should be thrilled! x

There is always a 2lb difference between my scales and my cdc's scales. Mine always show the lowest reading. It's become kind of predicatble in a way, not sure which one of the weights is correct (I suspect my cdc's space age scales are accurate), so tell him not to worry. I wish I was still losing 6lbs in a week!!!
